I understand the listed rates are $85 per day for one dog and $140 per day for two dogs, and Ruff N Paws will confirm the chargeable days and final total.
I confirm that all health, vaccination, medication, behavior, aggression, bite-history, escape-risk, and care information is complete and accurate
I agree to promptly notify Ruff N Paws of any change in my dog's health, medication, behavior, vaccination status, or care needs before the stay
I understand that owner-provided food must be sufficient for the entire stay and clearly labeled
I authorize Ruff N Paws to contact my veterinarian and emergency contacts if reasonably necessary for my dog's care.
I understand that deposits, cancellations, early returns, extended stays, refunds, holidays, medication administration, transportation, and additional services are governed by the current Ruff N Paws Boarding Agreement and policies.
