A valid credit card must be securely kept on file with Ruff N Paws Pet Services before enrollment in a dog walking package can be completed. The full package price will be charged to the card on file before the first walk included in that package takes place. Dog walking services will not begin until payment has been successfully processed and the requested schedule has been confirmed. Do not write your credit card number on this form. Ruff N Paws Pet Services will provide a secure credit card authorization request or payment link after reviewing your submission.
